Founding Member: Hero, Virtual Shopping
As a founding member of Hero Technologies, I played a pivotal role in establishing the company as the leading virtual shopping provider for enterprise and luxury brands. Managing relationships with high-profile clients such as Rag&Bone, Herman Miller, DVF, and Deciem, I maintained a 95% client retention rate.
I spearheaded the development of Hero's first scalable training program for all partners, leveraging advanced demo and learning management systems like Demio and Articulate. Following Hero's acquisition by Klarna in 2021, I was instrumental in integrating Hero's technology into the Klarna ecosystem, showcasing my ability to navigate complex technological transitions and drive value in evolving business initiatives.
Speaker: Klarna Konnect
At Klarna's internal Konnect Event, broadcasted to over 5,000 employees, I was honored to be one of just ten speakers nominated by the COO to address the company. This opportunity allowed me to indulge my passion for public speaking and storytelling while gaining valuable experience working with a new production team.
I shared a personal narrative that reframed challeneges as a catalyst for growth, emphasizing how setbacks can become stepping stones to overcoming fears and achieving success.

Product Launch: Klarna Shoppable Video
I was instrumental in developing and launching the Shoppable Video product, a dynamic, curated experience within the Klarna App that enables consumers to shop items directly from video content. This innovative feature debuted with the high-profile endorsement of Lady Gaga and her beauty brand, Haus Lab.
My comprehensive involvement spanned creating all sales materials, fulfilling Product Marketing responsibilities, and conducting Customer Success enablement sessions, effectively bringing this product to life from conception to launch. Our team worked closely with prominent fashion, beauty brands, and Celebrities (i.e. Alicia Keys, Ilia, and SolaWave) to pilot the first iteration of Shoppable Video, ensuring its successful implementation and gathering crucial feedback for future enhancements.
Product Launch: Creator Platform
As the lead for Klarna's Creator Platform launch, I orchestrated a comprehensive strategy for its debut at the bi-annual Spotlight event, managing everything from hype reels and website updates to prototype demos and PR materials. I effectively showcased the platform's innovative features for streamlining influencer partnerships and providing performance metrics through these diverse channels.
To ensure seamless integration into Klarna's ecosystem, I personally overhauled sales and internal enablement resources, successfully positioning the Creator Platform as a vital tool in Klarna's merchant services suite.
Klarna Dream Deal Days (KDDD)- Promo Event
As the lead for CRM initiatives during KDDD, Klarna's global annual promotional event, I orchestrated a comprehensive strategy unifying B2C CRM teams. My role focused on driving Klarna App engagement, event sign-ups, and app downloads throughout the four-day event, ensuring seamless customer journeys across all phases of the promotion period.
The campaign was a success, reaching over 33 million customers, generating more than 250 million impressions, and driving $3.5 million in sales volume during the four-day window. This outcome showcased my ability to manage large-scale, high-impact marketing initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams effectively, and deliver substantial business results, underscoring the power of targeted CRM strategies in boosting customer engagement and revenue growth.

ON Platform: Armani Expansion
Over the past year, I served as Director of Program Management for retail solutions at ON, where I successfully managed the enterprise relationship with Armani Exchange. My effective management led to an expansion into the broader Armani umbrella of brands, which in turn opened up opportunities with other luxury retailers like Dolce & Gabbana and Valentino.
Collaborating with our AI specialists, I supported our product's development for the Armani relationship, achieving a remarkable 92% speed to resolution rate—one of the highest in closed-AI environments.
ON Platform - Live Chat & Back End Tooling
During my time at ON Platform, I was on a critical project to overhall the Live Chat funtion of the platform. This project included a UX & tooling, new customer documentation, and scaleable trainings. I was key in launching this for the first time in the Retail sector with luxury brand Dolce & Gabbana.
